Solo Moto: Rea, Torres and Fores Give Test the Latest Street Bikes
Over the summer break Spanish motorcycle magazine SoloMoto had WorldSBK riders Jonathan Rea, Jordi Torres and Xavi Fores test and analyse street spec machines of their respective brands.
KRT rider Jonathan Rea’s reaction to the brand new road spec Kawasaki ZX-10R was, "Interestingly, the riding position of my Superbike is the same as the standard bike I've had today."
Torres highlighted ‘security and confidence’ as high points of the standard BMW S 1000 RR. And what about Power? “And some to spare!” exclaimed the Spaniard.
Xavi Fores tested the Ducati Scrambler Pro Flat Track, a model inspired by the ‘Full Throttle’ vision of the Italian brand. There’s no laziness on the throttle!” exclaimed the Spaniard, “It handles to perfection and doesn’t weigh much.”
